My Story

In my dedicated gluten-free kitchen, I recreate the good old-fashioned baked goodies, breads, soups, and casseroles I remember from my childhood—only now, they’re safe, flavorful, and made with care. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the smiles on people’s faces when they enjoy food they may have thought they had to give up.

My kitchen is 100% gluten-free. Even my family enjoys every meal this way—my sons, their families, and especially my daughter-in-law, who has celiac disease and knows she can eat safely in my home. Because I also have a dairy sensitivity, many of my recipes use plant-based alternatives such as almond and coconut milks, creamers, and plant-based butters, while still using eggs in my baking.

I am fully insured and proudly licensed as a cottage bakery through the State of Vermont. Every item I offer is made with intention, care, and a deep understanding of what it means to need food you can trust—without sacrificing taste. From my kitchen to your table, I’m honored to share my creations with those who desire safe, comforting, and delicious gluten-free food.

Baking has always been a way to bring people together—but for me, it became something much deeper. In 2015, after being diagnosed with MCAS, I began living a completely dairy and gluten-free life. I quickly learned how hard it was to find dairy and gluten-free breads and baked goods that truly tasted good. Holidays were especially challenging, when bland or unsafe food replaced the comforting flavors I grew up with.

 â€‹That challenge sparked a passion.
